Emma Jane Laffoley is the owner and designer of ENERVE. Her passion for fashion started at a young age through her love for Bratz. Her main inspiration for her design work is streetwear/harajuku style. Her favourite design feature is screen printing and reflective fabric! Everything is made with love by her in the UK!
FAQ:
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! However, free shipping is only valid for UK customers. We are also not held responsible for any custom fees that may occur for international shipping.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
If in an unfortunate situation you need to return an item to be fixed due to any errors, you can send the product back (buyer pays postage*) and we will fix it up for you and send it back to you free of charge. PERSONAL DAMAGE/WEAR IS NOT COVERED BY THIS. You need to contact us within 10 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible for this.
If the product is a clothing item and doesn't fit, you may return the item and request a different size for free (buyer pays postage).
Custom made products are non returnable and refundable due to them being made to custom instructions by the customer, however you may send it back to be fixed for free (buyer pays postage).
* Buyer pays postage - The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the seller, however, the seller will pay and send the new item back for free.
How are your products made?
All products are made ethically in uk by Emma who is the designer, owner and sewer for ENERVE. Fabrics are sourced from the UK and conventionally from 'end of roll' lines, this means that the fabric has been left over from other companies and is sold onto a shop and then to the public instead of being thrown on landfill. This is much more sustainable than producing new fabric which can be very damaging to the environment!
