RETURNS POLICY:
If in an unfortunate situation you need to return an item to be fixed due to any errors, you can send the product back (buyer pays postage*) and we will fix it up for you and send it back to you free of charge. PERSONAL DAMAGE/WEAR IS NOT COVERED BY THIS. You need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible for this.
If the product is a clothing item and doesn't fit, you may return the item and request a different size for free (buyer pays postage).
Custom made products are non returnable and refundable due to them being made to custom instructions by the customer, however you may send it back to be fixed for free (buyer pays postage).
* Buyer pays postage - The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the seller, however, the seller will pay and send the new item back for free.
